چکیده
Background Fusion imaging makes it possible to improve endovascular procedures and is mainly used in hybrid rooms for aortic procedures. The objective of this study was evaluate the feasibility fusion femoropopliteal with a mobile flat plane sensor dedicated software assist navigation. Materials methods Between May December 2017, 41 patients requiring revascularization were included. Interventions carried out conventional surgical room equipped (Cios Alpha, Siemens). numerical video stream transmitted an angionavigation station (EndoNaut (EN), Therenva). created osseous arterial panorama treated limb from angiographies at beginning procedure. After each displacement table, relocated current image on panorama, 2D-2D resetting, amalgamated mask panorama. success rates creation relocation evaluated. data concerning irradiation, volume contrast (VC) injected, operative times recorded. Results Osseous panoramas could be automatically generated procedures, without manual adjustment 33 cases (80.5%). About 35 relocations based resetting obtained rate 85%. causes failure change table height or arch angulation. average duration intervention 74.5 min. irradiation parameters fluoroscopy 17.8 ± 13.1 min, air kerma 80.5 68.4 mGy, dose area product 2140 1599 μGy m2. VC 24.5 14 mL. Conclusions This preliminary showed that nonhybrid peripheral Imagery C-arms can improved heavy equipment. These imagery tools bring comfort probably reduce injected VC. clinical benefit must evaluated more randomized comparative rigorous methodology.

Prevalence of Peripheral Arterial Disease in Diabetic Patients
Objective: Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) is a state characterized by atherosclerotic occlusive disease of lower extremities. Diabetes is the main risk factor for PAD. Material and Methods: To assess the prevalence of PAD, a cross sectional study was performed on 352 diabetic patients who referred to Yazd diabetes research center from 2007 to 2010. Vascular assessment was done by measuring ...
متن کاملlower extremity arterial calcification as a predictor of coronary atherosclerosis in patients with peripheral arterial disease
conclusion peripheral arterial calcification is significantly correlated with cad extent in patients with pad. peripheral arterial calcification can be a useful marker for predicting multivessel-cad. results lecs in multivessel-cad were significantly higher than those in nonsignificant cad (10.0 ± 5.8 versus 4.0 ± 3.1, p < 0.001). lecs significantly correlated with ccs (r = 0.831, p < 0.001) an...
متن کاملSurgical infrainguinal revascularization for peripheral arterial disease: factors affecting patency rate
Background: Peripheral arterial disease is a source of morbidity and mortality. Surgical vascular reconstruction is a treatment option but probability of failure and complications are important concerns. In this study, we evaluated outcome of surgical infrainguinal reconstruction and factors affecting graft patency for a period of one year. Methods: In this cohort study, 85 consecutive patie...
متن کاملCO2 Angiography for Peripheral Arterial Imaging
This article demonstrates that carbon dioxide (CO2) based angiography can be performed in patients at risk of acute kidney injury (AKI) with a resulting rate of AKI of 5%. The study also demonstrates a high rate of complications from CO2 angiography—ranging from pain to death. Future research will need to focus on clarifying the role of CO2 angiography given the safety profile noted in the lite...
